After 2+ years and over $7M in renovations, the Phelps School is ready for move-ins.

We have a variety of studio, one and two bedroom apartments available for rent. Rent includes water, trash, and high speed Internet service, and starts at $775. While each floor plan is different, all of our apartments feature stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and in-unit washers and dryers.

The Westie is adjacent to Amherst County’s Seminole Park, which will feature a brand-new dog park. We welcome pups at our property, where you’ll find a dog wash, designated pet pickup stations, and plenty of green space.
